defibrillator is designed so that a minimally trained lay responder can
help save a life. Using clear, natural voice instructions, the defibrillator
guides the responder through each step of defibrillation and CPR,
even providing a reminder to call for help.

Integrated SMART Pad technology senses a responder's actions and
automatically adjusts the pace of the voice to match the responder's
needs.

The Philips AED can be used on infants and children with specially
designed infant/child pads that reduce the amount of energy to an
appropriate level.

On Wednesday, June 8, 2011,
Governor Cuomo signed an
important piece of legislation that
will improve the public health and
safety of New Yorkers statewide.

Beginning January 1, 2012, all
dental offices in New York State
will be required to have an
automated external defibrillator
(AED) or other defibrillator on site.

     $500 Tax Credit Available

There is a tax credit under Section
606(s) of the New York State Tax
Law. The tax credit is equal to the
lesser of $500 or the actual purchase price of the AED.
