| Total Compensation: | Hourly rate depending on experience plus a full benefits package. Includes medical, dental, and life insurance coverage within 90 days of hire. The company also offers a free company stock ownership plan and 401K. |
Brief Description of Duties:
- Responsible for inspecting appliances, making final adjustments, and verifying that all appliances meet
the requirements set by our customers and/or documented by Great Lakes Orthodontics.

Required Qualifications for this position:
- Two years experience as a laboratory technician
- Wirebending ability
Demonstrate: - Understanding of appliance function and design
- Knowledge of multiple appliance fabrication procedures and standards
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Diplomacy and tact in dealing with people
- Self-reliance and the ability to act independently as well as interface effecitvely with others
- Work as part of a team
- Detail oriented, observant, perceptive, and decisive
